Weekday Day: 8am-6pm £49 – £89
Weekday Evening: 6pm – 8am £55 – £125
Weekends & Bank Holidays: £59 – £149
All jobs are charged at a minimum of One hour labour. After the first hour work is charged in half hourly blocks. All prices quoted exclude materials.
The time taken to collect non stocked items will always be kept to an absolute minimum. Any charges will be communicated with and agreed by the customer.
Every customer will be given a clear invoice showing a description of work and a breakdown of labour and materials.
Payment must be made in full on completion of work by credit card, debit card or cash to the engineer.
We do charge parking fees where applicable. When possible Lockkings will confirm the Labour charge in advance before travel commemces.
No hidden fees
A no call out fee means we do not charge an upfront fee for traveling to a job. If a job is cancelled before we arrive, there is nothing to pay. Our labour clock starts from the moment we arrive on site. Once we arrive we charge a minimum of one hours labour. We do not undertake free surveys or fault finding unless agreed prior to our arrival*.
